IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO WOMEN:

I got this e mail from my Aunt Linda and laughed my head off when I read it. Just thought I would share...

You've heard about people who have been abducted and had their kidneys removed by black-market organ thieves. My thighs were stolen from me during the night a few years ago. I went to sleep and woke up with someone else's thighs. It was just that quick. The replacements had the texture of cooked oatmeal. Whose thighs were these and what happened to mine? I spent the entire summer looking for my thighs. Finally, hurt and angry, I resigned myself to living out my life in jeans.

And then the thieves struck again. My butt was next. I knew it was the same gang, because they took pains to match my new rear-end to the thighs they had stuck me with earlier. But my new butt was attached at least three inches lower than my original! I realized I'd have to give up my jeans in favor of long skirts.

Two years ago I realized my arms had been switched. One morning I was fixing my hair and was horrified to see the flesh of my upper arm swing to and fro with the motion of the hairbrush. This was really getting scary - my body was being replaced one section at a time. What could they do to me next?

When my poor neck suddenly disappeared and was replaced with a turkey neck, I decided to tell my story. Women of the world, wake up and smell the coffee! Those 'plastic' surgeons are using REAL replacement body parts -stolen from you and me! The next time someone you know has something 'lifted,' look again - it was lifted from you!

THIS IS NOT A HOAX. This is happening to women everywhere every night. WARN YOUR FRIENDS!

P.S., Last year I thought someone had stolen my boobs. I was lying in bed and they were gone! But when I jumped out of bed, I was relieved to see that they had just been hiding in my armpits as I slept. Now I keep them hidden in my waistband.

GAME NIGHT!

About once a month there is a girl's game night at Rachel Simpson's house. I went last night and let me just tell you, it was a blast! I have not laughed that hard in so long. You just have to laugh sometimes, it is true that it does the soul good. We played Mafia(kind of like Murder In The Dark) and BUNCO. What a great night. It has been so much fun to getting to know these great women. Rachel, this was a great idea... thanks for being such a great hostess.

Petsmart!

Today we were supposed to go to a circus/dog act at the library and I accidentally got the date wrong. Our friend Shawna Bushman and her kids, and the Ostler's (Shawna babysits them), and our friend Tara Reynold's were with us. Of course the kids were dissapointed, and so was I to be honest, so we decided to take them to Petsmart to see the animals. This was our attempt to make up for the circus/dog act. lol It turned out to be fun. The kids really enjoyed looking at the fish, hermit crabs, cats, rats, hamsters, etc., etc.... I guess anything can be fun when you have the right attitude... even going to Petsmart!

A Day At The Park

Yesterday we had a fun day at Mountain's Edge Park. We took a picnic lunch and met some friends there. The kids are on track break, so I am trying to do fun things with them while they are out. It was funny because I told them that I wanted to take some pictures of them to post on my blog and they ran over and started posing. They are trained in the picture taking area. lol Even Samantha is getting good at posing, she never used to smile for pictures. The weather has been beautiful here. This is the perfect time of year in Las Vegas.

Happy 9th Anniversary!

Dustin and I were able to go out on a date for our 9th anniversary last night. My friend Aimee Cooper watched the kids for us. We went to the Tournament Of Kings at Excalibur. It is fun, interactive dinner show. We had a great time, and it was fun to be together, just the two of us for a while..... something that does not happen very often.

My little CLOWNS!

The kids got clown noses from Kenna (Taren Morris's little girl). They love to dress up and be silly! They make me laugh!

Student Of The Month

Dillon was chosen as Student Of The Month for citizenship. His teacher told me that the reason she chose him is because he is always so kind to others. He is always nice to everyone no matter who they are. We are proud of you Dillon!

I'm thankful for my great friends!

This past Wednesday I was able to go out to lunch for a friend (Taren Morris's) birthday. We had a great time visiting and laughing together. I just want to say how thankful I am for the friends that I have made here in Las Vegas. Life would be really hard without them. A lot of us that live down here do not have family close. Because of that, we rely on eachother for support. I miss my family in Idaho and Utah so much, but having great friends down here has made life livable. Thanks Girls!

Welcome Broc David Morris!

I would like to congratulate my little brother Jade and his wife Melinda on the arrival of their new little boy, Broc David Morris. He arrived healthy and strong on February 17, 2008. He weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz. and was 19 inches long. I can't wait until I am able to see him and hold him! Congratulations Jade and Melinda!
