Sunday Pics of the Kids

I took these pictures of the kids Sunday after church. I've really been in the mood to practice my photography lately....

Saying Goodbye to Ashley

I am a little behind with this post... A couple of weeks ago, I said goodbye to my dear friend Ashley Bailey. They moved to Logan. Ashley was the first friend that I made here, and really, probably the first person to make me feel like I could actually live here. I will miss her and her cute little family, but I wish them all of the best in their new adventure.

Samantha's Field Trip

Last Friday I had the opportunity to go with Samantha on her field trip to the Lied Discovery Museum. We had a great time! There are soooo many fun and cute things for the kids to do there. Samantha's little friend Luke came with us and they had fun hanging out together.

WARNING: Highly Addictive

So, thanks to my mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law, I am addicted to making these interchangeable, bead watch bands. When they were down here for Spring Break, I had them help me with an Enrichment night where we made them. These watches are so fun to make, and I now have to have one to match every shirt... ha, ha.. well, maybe not every shirt, but close. :) There have been a bunch of ladies in my ward who have caught the watch making fever also. We have fun getting together to make them and going on bead hunting adventures (aka. SWAP MEETS). Anyways, here are a few of my creations....

Belly Portraits

My cute, and VERY pregnant friend Tara asked me if I would take some belly portraits of her. I had soooo much fun doing this! Anyone that knows me, knows that I love taking pictures. I use to do photography a lot before I got married and had kids. I have always loved it, and am trying to get back into it. It is a lot easier now that I have a GREAT camera to work with (thanks to my cute hubby). I am so in the mood to take pictures now, so if anyone needs any done, I could use the practice! :)

Here are just a few of my favorites...

Tara's Baby Shower

I was so excited to be able to help plan my cute friend Tara's baby shower. We had originally planned on having it at the park, but the wind wouldn't stop blowing, so we had it at my house. Everything worked out great... we had a great turn-out and Tara and Jason received so many awesome gifts. Yay! Now all we have to do is wait for little, baby Elias to arrive!
